Handling of Personal Information

Please read the following before applying for a first consultation, and give your consent on the application form. See the Privacy Policy for details.

1. Information collected

• Whether you apply as an individual or a business, consultation topics and additional details.
• Whether you live in or outside Japan, and your country or region.
• Name, name pronunciation (for applications in Japanese), and company or trading name (for business applications).
• Email address, telephone number and occupation.
• Date and time of consent and the versions of the texts you agreed to.

2. Purposes of use

We use this information to receive your first consultation application (including assessing whether we can handle the matter), send payment instructions and confirm payment, book a consultation time, and contact you about these matters.

3. Service providers and information shared

• Stripe Japan, Inc. (the Japanese entity providing Stripe payment services): the customer information you enter, including consultation details, is stored only in Stripe and is not saved on our booking site. It is also used to process payments and send receipts.
• Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (Singapore / Google Workspace): your name, email address, booking date and time, and consultation category are shared for sending email, creating calendar bookings and holding the first consultation on Google Meet. Detailed descriptions of your consultation are not shared.

Our service providers include a foreign entity, and information may be stored or processed outside Japan. For the providers' locations, possible storage and processing countries or regions, the personal information protection systems there and the providers' safeguards, see "6. Handling information outside Japan" in the Privacy Policy.

4. Providing information is voluntary

Providing personal information is voluntary. However, you cannot apply for a first consultation without completing the required fields of the application form.

5. Requests for disclosure and other rights
